Oban Distillery

Edradour Distillery...smallest in Scotland. A very green operation. The guys in these photos are the only ones working the distillery..three guys...that is it. Pretty impressive.

Pitlochry

Doune Castle - Where they filmed Monty Python and the Holy Grail

Threave Castle - the middle of a sheep pasture off the river Dee. A good hike off a remote one lane road, well worth the drive and short hike. Lots of birds and some great pastoral scenery.

Kirkcudbright - Town otherwise known as hell. Do not go there in the winter EVERYTHING is closed. Apparently there is great artist community here but we never could
find it because all the galleries were closed!
